Madison focuses her practice on corrections and law enforcement defense, government liability defense, including defense of 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, Bivens claims, and state law tort claims. She works in conjunction with attorneys throughout the firm to counsel and defend law enforcement agencies, corrections departments, government agencies, and other public and private entities in Arizona and across the nation.
Prior to joining the firm, Madison served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, Civil Division, where she supported multiple Assistant United States Attorneys with a wide range of cases across different stages of litigation. Her responsibilities included conducting extensive legal research, engaging in motion practice, and participating in trial preparation. As a law student, Madison distinguished herself as a Comment Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal Editorial Board and completed a Concentration in Health Law.

In her spare time, Madison can be found spending time with her family, teeing up for a round of golf, traveling, or joining the crowd at local sports events.
